Penguin Palace - You Are Amazing

  Happy Wednesday! Today's card is for Penguin Palace Stamps using the Sacred Lotus Stencils 360°™ with the Stencils 360°™.


Here I created this shaker card using the Mega Summer Blossom Stencils 360°™ as the background. The Words From The Heart Coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts (hexagon and circle die) to add a shaker window as the center focal point. I alternated two colors of Distess and Distress Oxide Ink (Peacock Feathers/Wilted Violet). The images are from The More We Get Together Stamp Set and were colored using Copic markers.

Let's get into Fall mode! My first card features Marci with Apples and The Apple of my Pie Stamp Sets. I used the Apple Orchard Die to create the hill scene in the back. The Double Stitched Hills Border Die is used for the other added hillsides. The designer paper I used are from the Hello Life and Love You More Paper Packs.

I tucked in the Apple Die behind the second hillside. Marci and the second hillside are adhered with dimensional foam adhesive. The sentiment "you're the APPLE of my PIE" is from The Apple of my Pie Stamp Set.

My second projects features the Hedgehogs from The Apple of my Pie Stamp Set. I used three out of the four critters. I stacked them one on top of the other like a totem pole. Three Apples are stacked next to them. The sentiments "If friends were apples," and "I'd Pick You" are from Marci with Apples.



All images are colored with Copic markers and are adhered to the card with dimensional foam adhesive. I used only the hillside of the Apple Orchard Die and glued it to a Scalloped Rectangles Die.

Kat Scrappiness - Day 2 October Release

  Hi everyone! It's Day 2 of the October Release for Kat Scrappiness. There are new holiday sprinkles in stock and also a brand new Slimline Paper Pad - A Cozy Christmas.


Slimline cards are here and seem to not be dying down. How perfect is this Slimline Paper Pad! I created the easiest shaker slimline card using these papers. The window frame was created with the Distress Edge Nesting Slimline Dies. I cut the pattern paper to size (3.5" x 8.5") and laid that as the base. I added some dimension using the Stitched Hills Slimline Dies on the bottom of the card. I filled the shaker up with Merry & Bright Sprinkles. I adhered an acetate sheet to close the frame and placed it on dimensional foam adhesive. Ta-da! All done.
