Club La-La Land Crafts March Kit Inspiration

I stacked the Plant Shelf Die to make it extend up. I colored all the images with Copic markers. I love how versatile the plants are. You can mix n match all the pieces.

My second card showcases the mice from Smarty Plants. 

I used the Plant Shelf Die to create a garden gate. I cut it out twice and laid one die cut in reverse to create a mirror image. The beautiful papers are from the Spring Has Sprung Paper Pack. I paired up this kit with other LLLC goodies.

I made a shaker card using the Double Stitched Circles Die and Scalloped Rectangles Die. The Plant Shelf Die fits perfectly on the side of the circle window. All images are colored with Copic markers.

  We're going retro baby! For my first card, I went for a patriotic theme. 

I stayed with the red, Blue & White color combo. I used the stars from the Celebration Layering Stencil Set for the background, Marci's skirt, and french frie box. I am in love with the Milkshake and French Fries Dies from this kit. All images are colored with Copic markers.

My second card showcases the poodles from Good Times.

I created a diner scene for these cuties. The Milkshake is trimmed off a bit to make them a shorter version. The base of the Milkshake die is used to mimic ceiling lamps up above. The Celebration Layering Stencil Set makes another appearance in this card. All images are colored with Copic markers.

I created my own record album using the Double Stitched Circles Die. It goes well with the vintage retro theme. The cherries are so cute, that I placed them on her poodle skirt for added detail. How fun is her whipped topping hat? All images are colored with Copic markers.

My second card features the cute poodles from Good Times. The images are paired with the Milkshake Die and the Jukebox Die.

The Jukebox and poodles are colored with Copic markers. I used designer paper for the milkshake glass. I split the poodle image in half so that they are on either side of the milkshake, just dancing and sharing their drink.

Club La-La Land Crafts January Kit Inspiration

 Hi everyone, welcome back! Today's projects are using the January 2020 Kit from 

Club La-La Land Crafts!

  The first card features Queen of Hearts Marci, paired with the sentiment "why be a Princess when you can be a Queen".

I recently watched a Copic tutorial on textured hair by Sandy Allnock and I am addicted. I think she turned out beautiful. The bottom of her dress, I wanted to create billowy fabric and I used the large and small heart from the Play Card Die. I have the playing card tucked in a bush created with the Clouds Border Die. Lastly I added the Queen chess piece from Chess King and Queen Die, as well as the flamingo from Standing Flamingo Die.

My second card was created with the Playing Card Dies and the sentiment "life is like a GAME of CARDS". 

I created a poker hand and tried to represent all the card faces. Even though the stamp set only has the Ace of Spades and Hearts images, I was able to color the Clover and Diamond with Copic markers. Only a part of the card image is showing, so I was able to achieve this.
