Happy Friday! This card is for Some Odd Girl  using Hipster Mae Digi Set.

Hipster Mae used to be a clear stamp set, now she's available in digital form. I love how I re-sized the coffee cup to be the same height as Mae. I made the heart into a shaker window using an exacto blade to cut the shape out. I paired these images up with Kat Scrappiness coffee themed products. All images are colored with Copic markers and adhered to the card with dimensional foam adhesive tape.

Have you picked up this cutie yet? Calling him a cutie is difficult for me because I hate snakes! LOL This guy is an exception =) I struggled to find an appropriate sentiment but luckily my friend gave me an idea. Thanks girl! So I turned the sentiment into a shaker window and I love how it turned out. Hope you all give this guy a chance! He is colored with Copic markers.

Some Odd Girl - Mermaid Ponytail

Hello again! This card is for Some Odd Girl  using the newest addition Mermaid Ponytail alongside with JellyFish.

It's Mer-May and I am loving all the mermaid inspiration this month. Here the images are colored with Copic markers. With digital images you have the freedom to layer images and create your own scene. I thought that the JellyFish digital image would be fun to pair with her. The sentiment I chose is stamped on top of her tail. I made a shaker window using an oval cover plate die. The card is finished off with a variety of sequins and yellow heart sprinkles.

Some Odd Girl - Mermaid Tunes

Hello again! This card is for Some Odd Girl  using the newly released Mermaid Tunes Digital Stamp. It's MerMay over at Some Odd Girl this week.  

I created this background using Distress Oxide Inks (Fired Brick, Fossilized Amber) using masking techniques. I really didn't know how to start but I had a vision in my head LOL. I placed a circle mask at the top corner then I came in with a straight mask and started to apply the first layer of Fossilized Amber. Then I came in with Fired Brick, trying to blend the colors together. After that was done, I masked off the sun rays area and began the same process for the Sun. Mermaid Tunes is colored with Copic markers. The sentiment is from mama Elephant and the little notes are from Penguin Palace.

Hello again! This card is for Some Odd Girl  using the newly released House Plant Tia Digital Stamp. This is for all the people who have started/starting gardening in this worldwide lockdown. 

I personally have a mediocre green thumb, it's 50/50 if the plant will survive. She is colored with Copic markers. The base of the card is a wood grain cover plate die from Lawn Fawn. The scalloped heart die is from Kat Scrappiness. The sentiment is from Mama Elephant. I love how all these elements from different brands work together.

Some Odd Girl - Planner Weather

Hello again! This is the third day of the March Release from Some Odd Girl .  My project features Planner Weather. Here is the second half of my planner spread for the month of March. 

I am in love with these images. How cute is that unicorn cloud and rainbow. I paired up this layout with images from Planner Food as well. All the images were colored with Copic markers on sticker paper. As you can see, there were no blending issues when it came to layering my markers.

You get a multitude of icons. Here are some of the images included in the set (not pictured - crescent, snow, suddenly, sunglasses, thunder):

Hello everyone! Today marks the first day of the March Release from Some Odd Girl .  My project features Planner Foods. Here is my planner spread for the month of March. 

These images are so Kawaii (cute). I individually printed them out on sticker paper, varying in sizes. All the images were colored with Copic markers. They blended well on the sticker paper that I purchased off of Amazon.

Hello everyone! Today's holiday card is using Mini Fairies Digi Stamps and Cut File: Celebrate Family Sentiment Pack from Some Odd Girl . 

I love these ladies. I paired them up with a music sheet pattern paper. I used Distress Oxide Fired Brick Ink on a Tim Holtz Poinsettia Stencil. I added little gold star sequin throughout the card. The word "celebrate" is from the cut file Celebrate, Family Sentiment Pack. Final touches, i added Gold Stickles to certain elements on both images.

Some Odd Girl - Holdiay Shaker Card

Today's holiday card is using Build-a-Background: Trees and Bushes Digi Stamps from Some Odd Girl . 

I chose the image that most resembled a Christmas tree. Not only is it in the background but it is also the main focus. I struggle with coloring foliage and this image made it easy to practice my flicks. Besides using Copics, I used a green colored pencil just to try it out, I honestly didn't know how it would look. I framed it out with a fancy frame and used some cute penguin stickers that I've been holding onto for years LOL. The little shaker bits inside are mini foam balls.

Some Odd Girl - You're oFISHally My Favorite

Today I'm sharing a card using Mini Mermaids Digi Stamp and Valentine Sentiments V1 from Some Odd Girl . 

This little mermaid comes in a set of two. You can view my previous card using the other mermaid here. She is colored with Copic markers. The fish is covered in Yellow Stickles. The digital sentiment is just one of many from the Valentine Sentiment V1 set. When I printed the sentiment, I made sure to locate it on the bottom of the letter size paper. Then I trimmed it to the size of an A2 card. I layered the mermaid over some leaf die cuts that pose as seaweed. Using Copic Opaque White Paint, I added freckles to the girl and fish. Lastly, I adhered a few clear round sequin to the card.

Some Odd Girl - Peter Pan and Tinker Bell

Today I'm sharing this card using Peter Pan and Tinker Bell Digi Stamp from Some Odd Girl . 

These two cuties come as a pair or you can purchase them individually. I wanted to dress them up in their holiday outfits. The images are colored with Copic markers. I added Star Dust Stickles to Tinker Bell's wings. The "believe" sentiment is a Heidi Swapp die that I cut from gold mirrored cardstock. The cloud background was achieved with Lawn Fawn Cloud dies and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink. Lastly, I used a Copic White Opaque Paint to add highlights to the eyes and cheeks.

Anyone still making Halloween cards? (Raises hand up.) This cutie was colored with Copic markers. I fussy cut her out and placed her on dimensional foam adhesive. Some background ghosts were adhered to the card flat. The background die cuts are from Kat Scrappiness (Crafters Essentials Winter and Crafters Essentials Fall die sets) and the house is an old school die from QuickKutz. I blended Distress Oxides in Wilted Violet, Fossilized Amber, and Bundled Sage for the sky.

Some Odd Girl - Astro Tobie

Today I'm sharing this card using Astro Tobie Digi Stamp and the Cut File: Beautiful, Amazing, Fabulous from Some Odd Girl . 

I had a blast creating this card. The galaxy background was created on watercolor paper and I used a mixture of watercolors and shimmer sprays. He is colored with Copic markers. I cut a piece of acetate to lay on top of his helmet. I used a stitched border die for the ground and used a grey Copic marker to add some detail to the "moon". I chose the word "amazing" from the cut file. Lastly, I used Gold Stickles to accent the star on the flag and some gold pieces on his outfit.

Some Odd Girl - Indian Tia

Today I'm sharing this card using Indian Tia Digi Stamp and the "Thanks" in Loopy Sentiments V2 from Some Odd Girl . 

I kept this card pretty simple. I used a border die cut from My Creative Time to create the chevron pattern to mimic her headband. The strips are colored with the same colors used for her outfit. She is colored with Copic markers and I used a pink chalk for her cheeks. For the freckles and eye dots, I used a Copic Opaque White Paint and applied it with a small stylus tool. Dimensional foam adhesive is used to raise her from the card. The "Thanks" sentiment is cut in my Silhouette. Lastly, I used Red Stickles for some sparkle.

Today's card is using Gemini Digi Stamp and the "forever friends" in Loopy Sentiments V3 from Some Odd Girl . 

I made this card with the idea in my head that two besties carve this on a tree, like how couples do. The image is colored with Copic markers. The base is a wood grain pattern paper and I die cut a large heart from red dotted textured cardstock. The sentiment "forever friends" is from Loopy Sentiment V3 cut from my Silhouette machine.

Some Odd Girl - Virgo (Zodiac Challenge)

Today's card features the Zodiac image Virgo Digi Stamp from Some Odd Girl . 

It's ODDtober Fest and from October 4th - 27th there is a Zodiac Challenge. Make a project using one of the many Zodiac images in the store.

I went with a Fall theme. She's sleeveless, so let's assume her cardigan is in the car LOL. I colored her with Copic markers. The patterned paper is from Lawn Fawn and I used orange cardstock to mat it. The leaves were cut from Lawn Fawn dies. The base of the card is kraft cardstock. The sentiment is from Kat Scrappiness Happy Fall Y'all Stamp Set.

Virgo Digi Stamp

Some Odd Girl - Mini Mermaids and Reef Digi Background

Today's card features a mermaid from Mini Mermaids, critters from Under The Sea Mae, and the  Reef digi background from Some Odd Girl . 

The size of the card is 3.5" x 8.5", fits a standard business envelope. This size allowed myself to create a landscape scene. The images were colored individually first, then layered on the card. Coloring the Reef image was intense for me LOL, but I pushed through and I love the results. The background is watercolored with Distress Oxide Inks in Peacock Feathers and Cracked Pistachio. I cut some seaweed images from my Silhouette and layered two hill die cuts to create the base of the card.
