Avocado Arts - A Latte Love

It's Monday! Wishing everyone's week starts off beautifully! I was in the mood to create more Valentine's/Lovey dovey themed projects =)

I made two cards and a cute little goodie bag using the A Latte Love stamp set...again =)

Project 1: Be Mine
Something's missing here...it's the second "e" on Bee. I had used the Bees on my previous projects, so I masked off the "e" and had the sentiment read "Be Mine". I used kraft cs for the base of the card, die cut a heart and used potty people wood veneers. Simple.

Project 2: Stuck on You
For this goodie bag, I used the sentiment "Stuck on You" and the bandaid images. I stamped the bandaid onto the cork clothespin and also on pattern paper, that I then fussy cut out. I used smaller versions of the potty people wood veneers and several heart die cuts .

Project 3: Miss You...a latte
For my last project, I made an A2 card. The sentiment "Miss You...a latte" and the lattes are from the stamp set. The images are lightly colored with my Copic Markers. I masked off the steam image from the lattes. Again I used potty people wood veneers and coordinating pattern paper. How awesome that they were a perfect fit to lay over the images!

I hope you enjoyed all three projects. I really love how all of these coordinate. I really got a lot out of this stamp set and I know that you will too.

Thanks for stopping by! Enjoy your week!

I'll follow you anytime

Hi everyone, I'm here to kick off the weekend. If you haven't already, there's still time to enter our current challenge over on our 7 Kids Challenge Blog. Today I'm featuring the cute stamp from Lawn Fawn - Hedgehugs. They are colored with my Copic Markers, soo many browns for that little cutie..hahaha. I used a sentiment from an older set, Lawn Fawn - #awesome. I placed it on a fishtail banner, laid a heart die cut at the front and covered it with the Wink of Stella Clear Pen. All this layered on top of a cloud, Mama Elephant - Landscape Trio die.

A simple and cute Valentine's Day card. Hope you enjoyed my card as always.

Hula Anya "Aloha"

Happy February! I created this cute treat bag during a weekend of cropping with my regular craft gals. I really wanted to color Hula Anya from The Greeting Farm. She is colored with my Copic Markers and accented with Crystal Stickles on her flowers and bikini top.

I love her tan skin, ugh I miss Hawaii! I didn't have the correct color of green cs on hand so I decided to create my own. I sprayed two different colors of Lindy's Stamp Gang Sprays and it created an ombre effect with glorious shimmer. I used the My Favorite Things Die-namics in Hibiscus. Love this leaf shape! I had the perfect flower stamp & die that matched the plumerias on her head, MFT Tropical Sensations Stamp & Die-namics.

She looks so cute doing her Hula dance! I stamped "Aloha" on a fishtail banner and adorned some I Am Roses Flowers.

It was fun to create something for no reason and to actually use items in your stash. Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous February!

Friends 4 Ever

Hi everyone! Can't wait to share this new card that I created for the 7 Kids Challenge Blog! Using C.C. Designs Swiss Pixie Cupid and the coordinating Cupid Outline Die together made it easy to achieve the perfect cut. The hearts and flower die cut are included with the Outline Die as extra embellishments. She is colored with my Copics and higlighted with Wink of Stella Clear pen and Crystal Stickles. The oval is cut from By DIEzynes Pierced Ovals Dies.

For the background, I used Simple Stories Vintage Bliss 6x6 Paper Pad. I embossed a woodgrain image in white from the Lawn Fawn Woodgrain Backdrops stamp set onto vellum paper. The "Friends 4 Ever" sentiment is also from that set. The arrow die cut is from Spellbinders Shoot! die.

I think this card makes a sweet Valetine's friendship card. Cross your fingers that I actually mail it out or give it away =)

Love U

Happy Saturday! Jo here, sharing my card using C.C. Designs Rose and the coordinating Rose Outline Die. The Die comes with a "Love U" sentiment. She's colored with my Copic Markers. The heart and roses are accented with Wink of Stella Clear for an added shimmer.

The designer paper is Simple Stories Vintage Bliss. I used vellum for the MFT Dainty Doily Die. The inner circle is from By DIEzyne Dies Stitched Circles. I added some hearts in the background with a stencil and texture paste, for more of a pop they're colored with Copics.

I added some lace trim, a scalloped wood veneer and flowers from my stash. For the leaves, I used La-La Land Crafts Open Leaf Flourish Die.

I hope everyone has a crafty weekend! Come join us over at the 7 Kids Challenge Blog!

I {heart} Chocolate

Good Morning peeps! Today a new challenge is up at the I Am Roses Challenge Blog. "Anything Goes" is the theme. Here I created a cute Valentine's Treat Bag using the Lawn Fawn Goodie Bag Die

I used some heart and oval doily dies. I added some white faux stitching, I totally suck at sewing. The flowers that I used were the Red Lilies, 3/4" Pink/White Roses and the 1/4" Red Mini Roses. For the closure, I ran some white lace trim under the bag and wove it through the handles and tied a bow. The stamp set is from My Favorite Things - Chocolate Sentiments.

This was really cute and fun to make. It was pretty easy to assemble and I think I can manage to create more for favors. Thanks for stopping by and make sure to come and play along our challenge and enter to win some I Am Roses flowers!

Have a great day!

You Warm My Heart

Good morning everyone! Here's my card for the NEW challenge going on over at the 7 Kids Challenge Blog! The challenge is "Anything Goes - with an Optional Twist (Let it Snow)".

I have an addiction to all things Owls...cute ones. Here is the Spellbinders It's a Hoot Shapeabilities die, major cuteness overload. You can use this die cut as one piece or you can individually cut out each owl. I chose to use it whole and I Copic colored just one owl. For some sparkle, I used the Wink of Stella Clear Pen over the owl. The die cut piece is adhered to the card with dimensional foam dots. The snowfall background designer paper is from Lawn Fawn Snow Day 6x6 Paper Pad

Thanks for stopping by today. Come join in on this challenge and enter to win an awesome prize. Have a beautiful day!
