Club La-La Land Crafts February Kit Inspiration

  Hi everyone, welcome back! Today's projects are using the February 2021 Kit from 

Club La-La Land Crafts!

  We're going retro baby! For my first card, I went for a patriotic theme. 


I stayed with the red, Blue & White color combo. I used the stars from the Celebration Layering Stencil Set for the background, Marci's skirt, and french frie box. I am in love with the Milkshake and French Fries Dies from this kit. All images are colored with Copic markers.

My second card showcases the poodles from Good Times.


I created a diner scene for these cuties. The Milkshake is trimmed off a bit to make them a shorter version. The base of the Milkshake die is used to mimic ceiling lamps up above. The Celebration Layering Stencil Set makes another appearance in this card. All images are colored with Copic markers.

Club La-La Land Crafts February Kit Reveal

I created my own record album using the Double Stitched Circles Die. It goes well with the vintage retro theme. The cherries are so cute, that I placed them on her poodle skirt for added detail. How fun is her whipped topping hat? All images are colored with Copic markers.

My second card features the cute poodles from Good Times. The images are paired with the Milkshake Die and the Jukebox Die.


The Jukebox and poodles are colored with Copic markers. I used designer paper for the milkshake glass. I split the poodle image in half so that they are on either side of the milkshake, just dancing and sharing their drink.

The Greeting Farm February 2021 Release Blog Hop

The FEBRUARY 2021 RELEASE is now available for purchase in The Greeting Farm Store! First, we introduced you to a COOL COUPLE who are perfect for all of those lovey dovey cards. Next, we had adorable bunnies come to the rescue to lift you higher in a set called LET'S GO. Our 3rd set called MINKIE FRIENDS gives you the opportunity to show appreciation to all of your friends who have stood by your side. 

Here is my card for this hop. I created a beautiful family using all three new releases. The small characters from the Minkie series are a perfect addition to your character collection.

All images were colored with Copic markers. The size of my card is 3 1/2" x 6" (Mini Slimline Card). 

These characters were a blast to work with. I hope that you enjoy the hop and get inspired by the Design Team.

The Greeting Farm - February 2021 Release Preview Day 3

           Welcome to The Greeting Farm February 2021 Release Preview Day 3!


The last set in the release is MINKIE FRIENDS. These adorable cuties and critters are a joy to create with. I colored them with Copic markers and fussy cut the images. I stacked them in a pyramid on top of a grass die cut.


I popped up the oval die cut window with dimensional foam adhesive on top of a cloud designer pattern paper. Some of the kid images are also on foam tape. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment "We Are Here For You" on a banner die cut and placed that alongside a sun die cut.

The Greeting Farm - February 2021 Release Preview Day 2

               Welcome to The Greeting Farm February 2021 Release Preview Day 2!

This wonderful set is LET'S GO. This set is so dreamy. It has multiple bunnies that you can place where ever you want to create your scene. I created a night sky with Distress Oxide Inks.


The sentiment "Reach for the Stars" is one of three sentiments in the stamp set. All the images are colored with Copic markers. I fussy cut all the images. I also added a few gold star sequins for a bit more sparkle.

The Greeting Farm - February 2021 Release Preview Day 1

              Welcome to The Greeting Farm February 2021 Release Preview Day 1!

This hip and stylish duo is from COOL COUPLE. I love their outfits. Can we talk about the hair? I love to play and experiment with texture coloring. I'm not a Certified Copic Instructor so my skills are self taught and by searching YouTube for tutorials LOL. I found a video from Sandy Allnock on how-to color dreadlocks. I tried my best and am happy with the results.


The sentiment "You're the Coolest" is one of two sentiments in the stamp set. All the images are colored with Copic markers. I fussy cut the flower and placed it on her hair along with the leaves.
