I Am Roses - October IAR Challenge

 Happy Saturday! Here's my card for the new challenge at the I Am Roses Challenge Blog. Ever have one of those cards in your stash that needed a little re-vamping? Well, I found one.


There was nothing wrong with this card by all means but I thought that I could level it up with flowers. I went crazy lol. I first started with the base arrangement above the sheer ribbon. I used a variety of autumnal colors: orange, red, taupe and green.


The gold die cut words were surrounded by taupe, tangerine and green flowers along the border. To see the original card, go here.

The Greeting Farm - A Magical Shaker Card

Hi everyone, Jo here. Today's card features images from Jars and Bottles Digi Stamp Set, Miss Anya Bewitch Digi Stamp Set and Spellbinding Stamp Kit. Let's create a magical themed shaker card.

I've used one of the many bottles from the Jars and Bottle set. It's enlarged to create room for the sentiment inside. The image is duplicated, once for the shaker window and again with the words inside. I carefully cut the inside of the bottle to create the opening of the shaker and covered it with an acetate sheet. The window is popped up on foam dot adhesive and filled with lots of wonderful sequins.

The sentiment is from the newly released Miss Anya Bewitch Digi Stamp Set. All images are colored with Copic markers and fussy cut out. There are soo many cute & whimsical characters that would fit well with this magical scene. The Spellbinding Kit was a limited kit and currently not available.

The Greeting Farm - September 2021 Release Preview Day 1

             Welcome to The Greeting Farm  September 2021 Release Preview Day 1!


Introducing MEOWY CHRISTMAS. We're baaaaaack! These cute kittens are here to celebrate the holidays with you. They are gathered at the Christmas tree with their milk & cookies.


These images are stamped on watercolor paper and colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. The sentiment  "Meowy Christmas" is framed out with an oval frame, filled with holiday sprinkles & sequins.

The Greeting Farm - June Release Preview Day 3

                  Welcome to The Greeting Farm  June 2021 Release Preview Day 3!



Introducing RAMEN ANYA. OMG can you say yes! A match made in ramen heaven. She is just the cutest with her space buns hair and ramen noodle bowl.


I created a slimline shaker card. The alphabet dies spell out RAMEN. This stamp set comes with the heart in a speech bubble and a decorative diamond shape. All images were colored with Copic markers and fussy cut out. Inside the shaker card are sushi, egg sprinkles and red hearts.

The Greeting Farm - March 2021 Release Preview Day 2

             Welcome to The Greeting Farm March 2021 Release Preview Day 2!

How fun is this set? Here is HAPPY EVERYTHING. I just love how the bunnies and critters are celebrating. Everyone needs a basic balloon to use in their scenes. I created an egg shaker shaped window using an egg die from Kat Scrappiness. 


The sentiment "have a happy everything" is perfect for all occasions. All the images are colored with Copic markers. I added a twine ribbon around the bunny being carried away by the balloons.

Kat Scrappiness January Release

 Hi everyone!  Today I showcase products from the Kat Scrappiness January Release. 


The featured stamp set is Valentines Quokkas. They made an appearance last year and they are back! These cuties are colored with Copic markers. I paired them up with the brand new Mini Slimline Dies:

Slimline cards are all the rage and as well as Mini Slimline cards. The shaker bits inside the card are This Kiss Sprinkles, Happy Mail Sprinkles and Love Hearts Sprinkles.


My second card here again is using the Valentines Quokkas and more Mini Slimline Dies:

How cute are these Conversation Hearts Sprinkles! Perfect for this Valentines theme. I also used other products from Kat Scrappiness, such as the Wonky Wavy Stitched Heart Dies and the Stitched Scalloped Heart Dies.

The Greeting Farm - January 2021 Release Preview Day 3

 Welcome to The Greeting Farm January 2021 Release Preview Day 3!

This set is called Dreams Do Come True. I made a shaker card using circle dies and filled it up with stars and heart sequins. Also, I used star dies to coordinate with the designer paper. I used all the images but one, a unicorn.

I fussy cut the images and made a little scene at the bottom of the shaker window. The sentiment "Happily Ever After" is included in the stamp set. I used Copic markers to color the images and Stickles glitter glue to add some sparkle.

CLUB La-La Land Crafts November Kit Reveal

 Hi everyone! Today I am revealing the Club La-La Land Crafts November 2020 Kit! It's time to start creating our winter cards.

My first card includes images from both stamp sets and all the dies included in this kit. Here I created a Winter hillside scene with Marci with Sled and two bears from the Bear Hugs Stamp Sets. Both of the cards I created use the Blue Christmas Paper Pack.

All images are colored with Copic markers. The Winter Houses were cut from red and green cardstock. The card used foam adhesive tape to add dimension to the images and Snow Banks. The Fence on a Hill is tucked in behind a snow bank. The sentiment I used is "may your days be BEARY & BRIGHT".

Here is my second card using Marci with Sled and a bear from Bear Hugs Stamp Set. 

Marci may look a bit different because I decided to try something new with her hair. This was the first time for me to try curly hair without any guide from the stamp image. I love how she turned out. I created a shaker tag card. I used the Large Stitched Tags Die to create my shaker tag. The Winter scene inside includes the Winter Houses and Snow Banks dies.

Kat Scrappiness November Release - Day 1

 Hi everyone!  Get ready for the holidays. Here are some cards featuring products from the

 Kat Scrappiness November Release. 


This card is dedicated to all the Disney lovers out there. The brand new Christmas Shaker Ornament Dies are fabulous. I used the circle ornament to mimic Mickey Mouse's iconic head. This coordinated perfectly with the Magical Holiday Sprinkles, which include Mickey shaped heads in white and red. The paper is part of the release as well, Cuppa Christmas Slimline Paper Pad, perfect for slimline cards and as well as other smaller sized cards.

Next card I have for you is using the Forest For The Trees Slimline Die. This makes a scenic woodland backdrop for your cards. The gorgeous paper is from Sugar Plum Fairies Slimline Paper Pad and coordinates well with the Sugar Plum Fairies Sequin Mix.


The colored trees are from the Merry Critters Stamp Set. You'll also notice some Kat Scrappiness Tools featured in the photos. There is an Embellishment Tool, an Embellishment Tray and the Sequin Organizer. All products used are listed below.

I created this slimline card using the Ink On 3 Fox & Bunny Hugs Stamp Set. The frame of the shaker portion is from Kat Scrappiness Foliage Frame Slimline Die. The kraft cardstock is inked up with the Atelier Twiggy Brown Fusion Ink Pad. I combined the other two colors Bee Sting Yellow and Marilyn Red to create that glow and blended background. I love the autumnal colors. Great color scheme to celebrate a birthday this season. The shaker window is filled with Kat Scrappiness Harvest Sequin Mix and 4mm Gold Heart Sequins. Lastly, I laid down Kat Scrappiness Gold Jewels on the bottom right corner as an added embellishment.
