Homemade Happiness

Hi everyone, I have lots of cards to share today.

I used the Homemade Happiness Digital Scrapbook Kit from Mindy Terasawa Designs. 

All papers were printed from the kit. The kit comes with an assortment of clipart, which I fussy cut and applied to two of the cards.

I used several frame dies and of course I had to make some shaker cards.

The images are from The Greeting Farm - Cheeky Girly Girls, as well as the "sweet" sentiment. They are colored with Copic markers. The "tasty goodness" sentiment is from an old stamp set in my craft stash.

Some Odd Girl - Bubble Bath Piper

Happy Friday the 13th! Today's card is using Bubble Bath Piper Digi Stamp from Some Odd Girl . 

This is how I picture myself when my son finally starts school! LOL I'm sure this was an exact portrayal of some moms this month. Piper is colored with Copic markers. I framed her out with a scalloped frame. I had some pattern paper with bubbles as a design and paired it up with this image. For added fun, I put Star Dust Stickles on the bubbles. The stamp sentiment and speech bubble border are from Mama Elephant. Lastly, I placed iridescent sequin all over the card.

Some Odd Girl - Expecting Mermaid

Today's card is using Expecting Mermaid Digi Stamp and the "Congrats" in Loopy Sentiments V2 from Some Odd Girl . 

I made this card for a friend of mine who is obviously expecting. She is colored with Copics. I loved coloring her round belly LOL. I layered her over some die cut circles, leaves, a scalloped frame and a dotted scale background. I also added some pearls and white netting to complete the card.

Kat Scrappiness - Oh Gnome!

Hi and Welcome! Today I have two cards created for Kat Scrappiness.

I used the cute Mushroom Sprinkles from the September Release.

For this card, I used the circle die from the Crafters Essentials 1 Die Set to make the window for the shaker card. The mushroom top was cut from the Lawn Fawn Mushroom House Dies. All the images are colored with Copic markers. The sentiments I chose are from the coordinating stamp set Lawn Fawn Oh Gnome!

Kat Scrappiness - September Release Day 2

Hello Monday! Today I am featuring a product from the Kat Scrappiness September Release Day 2. 

Today's release is the Bamboo Backdrop Die.

This card was fun to create. The die measures just under an A2 size (5.5" x 4.25"). It's very detailed. I colored all the images from the Wok On! Stamp set with Copic markers. The sentiment is placed on a banner cut from the Crafters Essentials Fall Die Set. The bamboo die cut is adhered to the card with dimensional foam adhesive.

Kat Scrappiness - September Release Day 1

Happy September! Today I am featuring some products from the Kat Scrappiness September Release Day 1. 

Today's release includes a variety of Sprinkles and A2 Acetate Sheets.

I created a cute shaker card using the Newton's Nook - Newton's Donut stamp set. All the images are colored with Copic markers. I went with an orange donut flavor theme to coordinate with the Orange Slices Sprinkles. Included inside the shaker are clear confetti sequins and brown microbeads.

Some Odd Girl - Knitting Kaylee

Hi everyone, today's card features Knitting Kaylee and assorted hats in Hats and Gloves from Some Odd Girl Stamps. 

All images are colored with Copics. I chose two main colors (purple/fuschia) to use on the card. She sits atop a an assortment of hats that I digitally compiled together. I adhered her with dimensional foam adhesive. The sentiment is from Altenew - Crafty Friends. The word "cards" from the sentiment was omitted because she's making hats lol. She was fun to color, but I was pretty much over coloring hats at the end of completion. This image is fantastic for all the knitters and crafters out there.
