Spread Your Wings and Fly

Good evening, some late night crafting for me! Tonight's card features C.C. Designs Roberto's Rascals Butterfly Twila. She is from the C.C. Designs March Release. She's so cute and I love her wings. I colored her with Copic Markers and used Star Dust Stickles all over her outfit. The rolled flowers and leaves are from Make A Card #13 Spring Die Set. The other dies I used are the Scalloped Circles and the Circle Layering Dies. The sentiment is from Happy Sentiments Clear Stamp.

I hope all of you are enjoying the DT's creations with the March Release!

Go On and Celebrate

Happy Wednesday everyone! It's time for a new project for the 7 Kids Challenge Blog, "Anything Goes".  Make sure you use a STAMP/IMAGE carried in the 7 Kids College Fund Store in order to qualify.

Easter is this Sunday and I wanted to make another card for the upcoming occasion. I wanted to use some new sequins in my stash, so I created a shaker card. The image is from C.C. Designs Roberto's Rascals Easter Funnies. This bunny is adorable. He is colored with Copic Markers, Wink of Stella in Clear and I added some Star Dust Stickles. The inside sentiment is from Mama Elephant Make A Wish stamp set. I think I can use this also as a birthday/Easter card. I used my new Mini MISTI stamping tool and I love it! The sentiment did not stamp opaque the first try, but after multiple layers of inking, using the Mini MISTI, perfection! To finish my card, I added some flowers on the bottom right corner of the shaker.

SOG Ninja Tobie

Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing a card I made for the current challenge over at the Some Odd Girl Facebook Community. It's the Blue & Green Challenge (March 17-28th), use these two colors on your project.

Here I am using the image Ninja Tobie. He totally kicks ass! lol. I colored him with Copic Markers and added some Star Dust Stickles to his headband, belt and ninja star. The fun part of the card is that I place him on an Action Wobble, you know the spring that wobbles. I used some die cuts and the word Super for my sentiment. The perfect card for that person into karate or someone who likes to be a ninja lol.

Happiness is You

Good morning, happy Monday! Today's card features C.C. Designs Swiss Pixie Bee Heidi. She is from the C.C. Designs March Release. I am loving all the bee themed images this month. I colored her with Copic Markers. The rolled flowers, leaves, clouds and grass border are from Make A Card #13 Spring Die Set. The other dies I used are the Scalloped Rectangle and the Rectangles #1. I really love the mini scalloped edges.

For the background, I used the Honeycomb stencil with a yellow chalk ink. The cloud die cuts are popped up with dimensional pop dots. My sparkle of choice on the wings and flower petals is Star Dust Stickles. Lastly, I added a daisy and mini white flowers from my stash.

I Heart U Gwen

Hi everyone, Happy Saturday! Today's card I created for the Monochromatic Challenge over at the Passionate Paper Creations and Friends Facebook Group, sponsored by Some Odd Girl

I used the Digi Stamp - I Heart U Gwen. The color I chose was Red. She is colored with Copic Markers. This was such a fun challenge, I was hesitant in giving her red eyes but let's pretend she's a vampire LOL. I pulled out several red colored flowers my stash and used die cuts that were in my "scrap" bin. I chose to use some rose toned flat back pearls for an added embellishment.

Feel Better

Hello everyone! It's time for a new project for the 7 Kids Challenge Blog, "Anything Goes".  Make sure you use a STAMP/IMAGE carried in the 7 Kids College Fund Store in order to qualify.

The stamp sets I used are from Lawn Fawn - On the Mend and Get Well Soon. I masked and layered the images so that they created a table top scene. I used the MISTI stamping tool to make sure that I got great impressions of the stamped images. I did some paper piecing with the band-aids and the tissue box. The the images are colored with Copic Markers. I added some Star Dust Stickles to the tissue. The rest of the images are accented with Wink of Stella in Clear. I drew in some squiggly lines in the soup for Ramen lol. I decided to use three sentiments that are included in the On the Mend stamp set. I stacked them from shortest to longest.
