7 Kids College Fund Challenge - Picture Perfect

Good Morning! I've been invited to join the 7 Kids College Fund Design Team!!

Woohoo! Another crafty adventure for me and for you to follow along with. The awesome part of being on this DT is that I will be creating with items that can be found mostly in the store, no searching, looking for this or that, all the links will be provided =) I love being on DTs with talented ladies, they push me to bring up my crafty game!

If you like joining Challenges, then go to the Challenge Blog. We host challenges and your chance to win a gift certificate from the store and be in the TOP 3! How cool is that!

For this challenge, the theme is "ANYTHING GOES with an optional twist of EMBOSSING".

So here is my first project for you:

I wanted to create a 3D polaroid picture. The "Embossing" element in the card is the cloud background. I used the Clouds Embossing Folder from Darice. I then colored the clouds with my Copic marker (B0000). I used several images from several stamp sets. The Gorjuss Girl, as well as the line heart are from You Brought Me Love. The paper pad I used for her paper pieced dress and the Polaroid frame is Echo Park - Everyday Eclectic. The cut out was done by using the Classic Squares Large by Spellbinders. I used three Lawn Fawn stamp sets: Woodgrain Backdrops (small hearts), Say Cheese (sentiment), Bannerific (banner) with coordinating Bannerific Custom Dies. All the elements were popped up with dimensional pop dots, EXCEPT for the large heart with the banner. It is adhered with an Action Wobble. OMG I love these. Here it is in action: (Cross my fingers that this video works)

Pretty freakin' cool! LOL. Here is just another shot of the card from a different angle. All the images were colored with Copics and I added a bit of glitter with Christmas Red Stickles on the girl's bows.

So that is my exciting news to share and my very first project for 7 Kids College Fund! More projects to come, stay tuned!

This challenge will run for 2 weeks. For more details and rules, head on over to the
